You must write this program using Perl on weasel.aul.fiu.edu.

• You must use functions to organize your code.
• No single function can be longer than 25 lines, including the main program.
• You may not use any global variables. Global functions and constants are allowed.
• You must pass data to the procedures or functions using parameters.
• You must comment your program adequately.
• You must work alone.
• Do not use recursion.

Create a program that will do the following.

• Display a menu like the following

  1: (I)nput a list of numbers
  2: (D)isplay the numbers that were entered
  3: (F)ind the average of the numbers
  4: (P)rint the even numbers above the average
  5: (E)xit the program

• The user may select an option by the number, or by the letter in parenthesis (upper and lower case are allowed). For example, to select the second option, the user may enter '2', 'D', or 'd'. If an invalid option is entered,  for example 7, then display an error message like this, and redisplay the menu:
    7 is an invalid option, please enter a valid option
• For each option, show the output for the option, and then pause. For options 1-4, after the user presses a key, redisplay the menu.

  • Reading the input
    • Read numbers until the user enters -1001, or until the user has entered 10 numbers. Do not include -1001 in the list of numbers.
    • The maximum amount of numbers that can be entered should be 10, but the user can enter fewer than 10 numbers. Display a warning if the user tries to enter more than 10 numbers. Do not allow more than 10 numbers to be entered.
    • The range of numbers must be from -1000 to +1000. If the user enters a number outside this range, then do not put the number into the array, do not count the number. Warn the user that the number is outside the allowable range. Prompt the user for a new number.
  • Displaying the numbers
    • Display the numbers 3 per line.
    • Finding the average
      • Indicate how many numbers were entered and the average of all the numbers.
    • Finding the even numbers above the average
      • Display the numbers 3 per line.
    • Exiting the program
      • Indicate how many times each option on the menu was selected.
  • The user can keep selecting options 1-4 repeatedly. The user will be able to keep running the options on the menu until the user selects option 5. This means that the user could enter a list and find the average, then enter another list and find its average, etc.
  • If there is no input, then options 2-4 should report "No numbers were entered".
  • Each procedure, including main,  must be less than 25 lines.
  • Include all necessary comments.
